Ingredients:
3 canned marinated artichoke bottoms
¼ cup shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
1 12-oz. container Santa Barbara Bay® Artichoke Dip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Place marinated artichoke bottoms in a lightly greased baking dish.
3. Top each artichoke with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and top each artichoke with one tablespoon of artichoke dip and sprinkle with additional cheese.
6. Return artichokes to oven and heat for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
