Ingredients:
8 leaves of Boston or Bibb lettuce
1 cup cooked rice noodles
1 cup Santa Barbara Bay Cream Cheese Seafood Spread
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ lb cooked shrimp, roughly chopped
1/8 cup shredded carrots
1/8 cup Julienne cucumbers
Directions:
Lay lettuce leaves on a flat surface and divide rice noodles evenly among leaves.
In a large mixing bowl, toss Cream Cheese Seafood Spread, cabbage, shrimp, carrots and cucumbers.
Divide tossed Krab dip mixture among leaves on top of rice noodles.
Roll and chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
