Ingredients:
2 packages cooked red skin rosemary potatoes (available in produce refrigerator)
10 oz Santa Barbara Bay Parmesano's Original Dip with Roasted Garlic and Herbs
1 rib of celery, finely chopped
Chopped cilantro or chive to garnish
Directions:
Toss potatoes and Parmesano's dip with celery and refrigerate at least one hour, allowing flavors to develop.
Serve with cilantro or chives as garnish.
