Ingredients:
1 cup Santa Barbara Bay Cajun Crab Dip
12 oz bagged slaw mix (found in refrigerated produce section of grocery store)
¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
¼ cup shredded carrots
½ lb cooked shrimp
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, toss Cajun Crab Dip, slaw mix, cucumber and carrots.
Place shrimp on plate and top with one scoop of slaw mixture. Garnish with lime wheel.
Serves 6
