Ingredients:
1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 day in refrigerator
1 cup Santa Barbara Bay Smoked Salmon Spread
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1/8 cup chopped capers
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Open pastry sheets and spread with Smoked Salmon Spread.
Sprinkle with onions and capers, and fold pastry according to instructions on package. Chill folded pastry for at least one hour, preferably overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice folded pastry and place on cookie sheet cut side down. Bake for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
Serves 8 to 10.
